How do I place an order?
All orders must be submitted via email to either orders@createimages.co.uk or info@createimages.co.uk.
What is the minimum order requirement?
The minimum order values are:
United Kingdom £750.00
Northern Ireland £2000 carriage paid
Southern Ireland €2500 carriage paid
Does your pricing include VAT?
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added and clearly shown at the bottom of your invoice.
Is a long-term contract with purchasing targets required?
No, there is no requirement to enter into a long-term contract or commit to defined purchasing targets.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments must be made via bank transfer.
Does product pricing depend on order value?
Pricing does not always depend on order value; however, we do offer special promotional pricing on selected colour lines, depending on quantities ordered.
What happens if my order cannot be completed in full?
In some cases, we may be unable to fulfil an order in its entirety due to stock availability. We do not operate a back-order service. Any unavailable items will need to be reordered with your next purchase.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship Globally.
What is your delivery charge?
For orders that fall below the minimum order value, a delivery charge of £8.50 applies for the UK.
NI & Ireland delivery charges vary due to the size of the order.
All palletised deliveries are charged at the current pallet rate.
Please note that delivery charges are subject to change annually.
How are packages protected during transit?
All packages, boxes, and pallets are carefully handled within our dedicated packing area. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reputable suppliers to ensure goods are well protected.
Which courier services do you use?
We use DPD as our domestic courier service.
Domestic pallets are shipped via the pallet network.
International orders are shipped via our trusted network of hauliers.
